Poofessional Patrol – Dog Waste Removal Services

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the dog waste removal services (“Services”) provided by Poofessional Patrol (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Poofessional Patrol offers professional pet waste removal from your property, with proper and environmentally responsible disposal.

Our service options include:

  • Single Clean

  • Weekly Service

  • Twice Weekly Service

We begin work each day at 9:30 AM and operate until sundown, ensuring flexible, thorough coverage.

2. Access & Missed Visits

To perform our job efficiently, we must be able to safely and easily access your property.

If we are unable to complete service due to any of the following:

  • Locked gates

  • Aggressive or unsecured pets

  • Unsafe yard conditions (e.g., flooding, debris, snow/ice)

  • Extreme weather (e.g., storms, high winds, lightning)

  • Public holidays (on days we do not operate)

You will still be charged for the scheduled visit, and no cleanup will occur that day.

We will double scoop the following visit at no additional cost to ensure your yard stays clean and up to standard.

3. Payments & Billing

To keep things easy and hassle-free, all payments are automatic via online banking.

  • Billing occurs on the 1st of every month.

  • We’ll provide setup instructions — it’s simple and secure.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in a pause or cancellation of services.

4. Addtional Dogs and Pricing

All prices listed on our website is based on servicing one dog per household. If you have more than one dog, an additional charge of $10 applies for each extra dog

  • Subscription Plans (Weekly and Premium Patrol): The $10 fee is applied per month, not per visit

  • Single Clean Rescue: The $10 fee is applied per visit

5. Safety & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your yard accessible on service days

  • Secure your pets if they are aggressive or untrained

  • Inform us of any special instructions or safety concerns (e.g., electric fences, hazards)

  • Maintain a safe, walkable environment for our team

6. Property & Liability

While we treat every property with the utmost care, Poofessional Patrol is not responsible for any damage unless it results from clear negligence on our part.

We are not liable for issues arising from lawn conditions, landscaping features, or third-party interference.

7. Initial & Excessive Clean-Ups

If the yard has not been cleaned in several weeks (or ever), a one-time Initial Clean-Up Fee may apply, based on waste volume. We’ll always inform you in advance if this applies.

8. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

If you plan to skip a visit or pause service, please let us know as early as possible. Missed visits without proper notice are still billable.

9. Service Termination

You may cancel at any time — just notify us via email.

We reserve the right to discontinue service if conditions become unsafe, repeated access issues occur, or payment is not received.

10. Privacy & Promotion

Your personal information is safe with us. We will never share or sell your details.

From time to time, we may request to use non-identifiable photos or testimonials for promotional purposes (only with your permission).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms as Poofessional Patrol grows and evolves. All updates will be posted on our website and/or sent to you directly.
