  • Can my dog be in the yard while you're working?

    For everyone’s safety - yours, ours, and your dog’s we kindly ask that all dogs be kept indoors or secured away from the yard during our visit. Even the friendliest dogs can become protective or anxious when unfamiliar people enter their space, especially when we’re moving around their territory. Keeping them safely inside helps us work efficiently and ensures a stress-free experience for all.

  • How does payment work?

    To keep things tidy and simple, all payments are due on the 1st of each month. We require setting up an automatic payment to ensure a smooth, hands-off process for both sides. It keeps your service uninterrupted and saves you from having to remember each month - we’ll send reminders just in case.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleanup?

    Nope! As long as we have clear access to your yard, you dont need to be home. Just make sure gates are unlocked and there are no dogs loose, and we’ll take care of the rest - quietly and professionally.

  • What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

    We work in most weather conditions, but if the weather is extreme or super unsafe (Heavy storms, Flooding, etc.), we’ll reschedule your visit as soon as possible and keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Can I pause or cancel my service?

    Absolutely! We understand things change. You can pause or cancel anytime - just give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit so we can update our route accordingly.

  • What areas do you service?

    We currently operate in Lower Hutt, Wainuiomata, Petone, with plans to expand soon. Not sure if you’re in our zone? Send us a message - we’ll let you know right away.

  • How will i know you're arriving?

    While we dont provide exact appointment times, we’ll always notify you of your assigned service day. Your address is added to our smart routing system, which helps us take the most efficient and cost-effective route across the region. To keep you in the loop, we’ll also send a text message 60 minutes before we arrive, so you know when to expect us.

  • What do you do with waste after pickup?

    We remove all pet waste from your property and dispose of it responsibly off-site. You wont have to deal with the lingering smells or a full bin - just a clean,fesh yard everytime.

  • Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

    Not at all! Our services are flexible, Whether you need a One-Time clean or ongoing Patrols, you’re free to adjust, pause, or cancel at any time - just give us 48 Hours’ notice before your next visit.
